No matter the size, we are all people with the same needs. As your partner, we can help you, your team, or your organization meet those needs in the way that best suites you.
Working in leadership development changed my life. For the past 12+ years, I have learned from some of the most effective (and some of the least effective) leaders in organizations around the world.
Regardless of industry, team size, tenure or location they all had something in common: they were unique people dealing with unique circumstances. I get excited when I am able to help them figure out their approach to success.
To best unlock the pathway to helping them, I have found that a relationship built upon our natural strengths is the strongest place to start. For nearly 5 years, I led Gallup's global strategy for CliftonStrengths and believe in it passionately.
This is why I begin every new relationship with the CliftonStrengths® assessment as a means for better understanding not only the client, but for them to better understand me as well.
We lean on what we do best and pull in partners for the rest.
We connect everything we do to tangible results, or we don't do it.
We thrive when the stakes are high. It is fun to solve the biggest problems together.

His passion for coaching and developing others doesn't stop when the workday ends. He is a fixture on the softball field where he coaches his daughter's competitive team as they travel the southeast. Chances are that if he isn't there in his free time, he will be in his workshop where he is honing his woodworking skills building items for those he cares about the most.
